Ibis provides project management services to the affordable housing sector, working with Housing Associations and developers to ensure affordable housing units are built on time, to budget and to specification. Ibis is also authorised to carry out EcoHomes and Housing Quality Indicator (HQI) assessments and party wall surveys, in addition to providing advice on construction and development costs, and health and safety regulations.
