Active Investing 

Syndicate members invest on a deal-by-deal basis and build their own portfolio. They are active investors who make their investment decisions after reviewing MMC's due diligence materials and hearing from management teams at investor presentations. Syndicate members have the ability to say "no" or to invest more heavily in deals of particular interest - there is no minimum investment.  

We supply all our investors with regular quarterly updates on the progress of their investments and operate an open door policy at our offices. The Syndicate is not limited to EIS-qualifying investments.

There are opportunities for Syndicate investors to share relevant expertise or contacts with management teams to maximise growth potential.  In some cases Syndicate investors may join the board of MMC portfolio companies, where beneficial.
