Syndicate
Active Investing
The Syndicate is made up of active individual investors who retain their investment discretion and invest on a deal-by-deal basis. Syndicate investors have access to due diligence materials and management teams of prospective investee companies. We supply all our investors with regular six-monthly updates on the progress of their investments and operate an open door policy at our offices. The Syndicate is not limited to EIS-qualifying investments.
Several members of our Syndicate are represented on the boards of our portfolio companies, the majority as Chairman. They lend a wealth of experience and contacts to help the growth potential of these companies.
