We see investing in young dynamic companies as a partnership with the management team. We work closely with our portfolio companies, sharing practical experience we have gained since 2000, to create valuable businesses.

 

Alan Morgan

Alan Morgan co-founded MMC Ventures in 2000. As an active angel investor he felt there was benefit in a more structured strategic and due diligence approach to investing.

Previous experience

Alan spent 28 years at McKinsey & Co where he was head of the financial services practice in UK, Europe and the Middle East. He was also board member of the McKinsey Investment Office which manages about $4 billion of staff and partner retirement and investment products.

Alan has  an MA in Law from Trinity College, Oxford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a qualified barrister.

He chairs AdFisco, an advisory company focused on financial services, and is a Non-Executive Director of a number of companies including Axa Investment Managers and Future Route.

Alan is on the board of Small World.
