Neoss is a simple and comprehensive dental implant system for replacing missing teeth. The highly rationalised, patented system has fewer than 100 components which makes it one of the easiest to use. Neoss was founded by leading dental academic, Professor Neil Meredith, and Fredrik Engman, a dental implant technologist.

Neoss is now established in the UK, German, Italian, Scandinavian, Australian and US markets. It is regarded as a leader in clinical excellence in its sector.
